The Western Balkan Regulation – Your Key to Qualified Workers

The Western Balkan Regulation (§ 26 Abs. 2 BeschV) allows nationals from six Western Balkan states to take up employment in Germany – regardless of their qualifications. The annual quota is 50,000 approvals by the Federal Employment Agency.

Eligible countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and Serbia.
